Who runs this store?

Find Joy 143 is an independent creative and wellness brand based in Parramatta, Sydney, Australia. It is owner-operated. We do not take meetings or calls with unsolicited sales representatives.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders are fulfilled worldwide through Printify's global network. If your country cannot receive delivery, the checkout will not proceed — so if you can complete your order, we can ship to you. A small number of regions are excluded due to international restrictions (e.g. North Korea, Cuba, Iran).

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment — no surprises.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

How long will delivery take?

Products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which shipping time depends on your location. International orders can take 10–30 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are printed on demand, we cannot make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your size, colour, and address before completing checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item as received, and your order number. Claims are assessed case by case. We reserve the right to decline claims where damage appears to have occurred after delivery.
