OUR PROMISE

Every Find Joy 143 product is made to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. 
Nothing goes to waste. Your order is created with intention — and shipped with care.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. This includes quality 
checking, printing or engraving, and packaging your order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when:
· Your order is received
· Your order has been shipped
· Your tracking number is available

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change shipping addresses after an order has been processed.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

AUSTRALIA
· Standard: 5–10 business days
· Express: 3–5 business days (where available)

UNITED STATES & CANADA
· Standard: 5–10 business days

UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPE
· Standard: 10–20 business days

NEW ZEALAND
· Standard: 7–14 business days

REST OF WORLD
· Standard: 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary 
due to:
· Customs processing delays
· Peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day,   Mother's Day)
· Carrier delays or disruptions
· Events outside our control

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
· Your delivery location
· The size and weight of your order
· The shipping method selected

We work with trusted global fulfillment partners to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

4. WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Find Joy 143 uses print-on-demand fulfillment partners located globally, including in:

· Australia
· United States
· United Kingdom
· Europe

Your order will be fulfilled from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

This means your order may ship from outside Australia even if you are an 
Australian customer. This helps us:
· Reduce delivery times
· Lower shipping costs
· Minimise our environmental footprint

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing 
your tracking number.

You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
· GST may be applicable on your order
· This will be displayed at checkout

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
· Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
· These charges are set by your country's customs authority
· They are NOT included in your order total
· Find Joy 143 is not responsible for these charges
· We are unable to predict or advise   on customs fees for your country

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you are concerned about additional charges.

7. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on which fulfillment facility processes each item.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
· Incorrect address provided
· Failed delivery attempts
· Refused delivery
· Unclaimed packages

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

1. Check with neighbours or    household members
2. Check any safe drop locations
3. Contact your local post office
4. Wait 2 additional business days (sometimes tracking updates early)
5. Contact us at findjoy143@gmail.com if still unresolved

We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

STOLEN PACKAGES
Find Joy 143 is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery 
confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery address.

10. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak periods, please order early 
to ensure delivery by key dates:

CHRISTMAS 2026
· Australia: Order by December 10
· International: Order by December 1

VALENTINE'S DAY
· Order at least 3 weeks in advance
· International: Order 4 weeks in advance

MOTHER'S DAY
· Order at least 2 weeks in advance

We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during peak periods.
